OSTARA COUNSELING AND CONSULTING, LLC is a counseling service that provides mental health support to elders, people with disabilities or family caregivers in person in Chichester and on site at an assisted living or nursing home setting. Telehealth may be an option for individuals residing in the community.     

You can book an appointment with OSTARA COUNSELING AND CONSULTING, LLC by calling our office or by filling out an online booking form on our website.

• We work with you and your circle of support including your physician (as needed) to discuss the referral for mental health treatment.
• We will meet with you to discuss the intake process and treatment goals
• Treatment is a partnership between you and the clinician
• Insurances accepted: Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Optum, Tufts.  (Also supplemental insurances to Medicare can be billed) 

We will meet with facility staff to assist with the process of on-boarding Ostara clinicians with your facility.  We bill therapy services directly to insurance. 

As part of our commitment to quality collaborative care, we offer a variety of customizable services to meet the needs of the facility including but not limited to:

• Clinician participation in select meetings at facility 
• Collaborative meetings with families per client directive 
• Support groups for residents and families
• Psycho-education for facility staff and community
