Amy S. Girouard-Crush holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire. She has worked with the geriatric population for over 25 years at the clinical and systems change levels. Her passion for her work comes from a long family history in long term care that focuses on quality of life and mental well-being. She uses a variety of techniques focused on the strengths of the individual in order to work on problem solving in their own lives.
Amy is a 2014 NH Leadership Series graduate and a 2022 graduate of NH/ME LEND program. The experience as a clinician and a caregiver to a child with a disability provides her with a unique skill set in working with patients, caregivers and systems alike. She uses these perspectives to bridge the gap between the social and medical models of disability in order to promote physical and mental well-being
Chuck M. Crush has been in Healthcare Leadership for over 25 years and has led Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospices, and Assisted Living Communities in Virginia, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. He is currently the CEO/Executive Director of New England Homes for the Deaf. Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College and is a graduate of various leadership programs including the Geisel School of Medicine Leadership program at Dartmouth College as well as the Disney Institute Leadership Excellence program. He is also a Certified Community Coach, with training from the Fowler International Coaching Institute.
He holds the prestigious certification of a (CDAL) Certified Director of Assisted Living and is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts. (LNHA)
Joanne Fadale Wagner, MSW, LICSW, CCM has been a clinician and manager with the Dartmouth Health System for 13 years. Joanne has over 35 years of experience in social work and as a clinician. She is experienced in both health care and social service administration, as well as clinically in the areas of medical and behavioral health care, chronic care management and geriatrics. Joanne is a State Approved LICSW Supervisor and MSW Student Field Supervisor and works to advocate for patients/families and the profession.
